Police said the two 16-year-olds, who are twins, were being held captive in their home in Cypress but managed to escape and go to a neighbor for help. Now, the teens' mother, 40-year-old Zaikiya Duncan, and her boyfriend, 27-year-old Jova Terrell, have been arrested after they fled to Louisiana.

Court documents detail horrific allegations of abuse. According to the documents, the twins were being kept in the home's laundry room, where they were held naked, handcuffed and zip-tied. They were forced to urinate and defecate on themselves, drink bleach and other cleaners, and take dozens of Benadryl tablets at one point.

Duncan and Terrell also reportedly starved the teens, only feeding them sandwiches several times a week, and beat them with metal poles and extension cords. They're also accused of pouring bleach on the teens' genitals and down their throats.
